• Shipping & Returns Policies Zenophia Beauty DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS due to the nature of our products. We will gladly replace any damaged items with a photo and receipt within 24 hours. Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or items mistakenly sent to the wrong address. We are a cruelty free product, all ingredients are labeled on the products. We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Shipping Fee's Shipping Fee's are non refundable. At this time we do not offer International Shipping. Domestic only.
