Zenophia Beauty DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS due to the nature of our products. We will gladly replace any damaged items with a photo and receipt within 24 hours. Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or items mistakenly sent to the wrong address. We are a cruelty free product, all ingredients are labeled on the products. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
